Our 100% Blue Mountain Coffee is suitable for Espresso,Filter or Americano. For Latte or Cappuccino we recommend our own Blue Mountain Blend.

We stock 4 flavours of the famous Tortuga Rum Cake in 2 different sizes. Our cakes are only purchased from the Tortuga Bakery in Kingston, Jamaica. The cakes are vacuum packed for freshness.

We can supply all our patties in a smaller cocktail size.We do make our cocktail patties to order so require some notice (ideally at least a week).

Cocktail patties are supplied frozen.They take about 20 minutes to cook from frozen.
